These terms are an agreement between you and [Operator's full legal name] ("we", "us"), who operates Genexts AI at genexts.ai. By creating an account or using Genexts you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Genexts.

1. What Genexts is

Genexts gives you access to AI models made by other companies (for example Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and Meta) for chatting, building small apps in Genexts Build, and making images and videos. Answers are produced by those models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important yourself; Genexts is not professional (medical, legal, financial or other) advice.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Genexts. We ask your date of birth at sign-up and close accounts of anyone under 13.
• If you're between 13 and 17, use Genexts only with permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Genexts to:

• break any law, or create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• create malware, attack systems, or get around security, rate limits or credits;
• impersonate people or organisations, or mislead others with AI content presented as real;
• scrape, resell or automate Genexts beyond normal personal use without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund for the misuse.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Prices are shown on the Pricing page in Indian rupees, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details.
• Automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, and your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. Before you subscribe we show the price, the billing interval and these terms, and ask you to tick a box agreeing to them. After you subscribe we email you a confirmation with the same terms and how to cancel. If the price changes we'll tell you before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
• Cancelling is easy and online. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan → Manage or cancel subscription (or email us). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits are used for premium models, images and videos. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and expire 12 months after purchase.
• Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and uploads

• You own your content. You keep ownership of what you type, upload (files, pictures, documents) or publish, and of what Genexts makes for you, as far as the law and the model providers allow.
• Licence to us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run Genexts for you, and, for content you choose to make public (shared chats, gallery bots), to show it publicly until you stop sharing it or delete it.
• Your responsibility. Only upload or publish content you own or have permission to use. You must not upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• Reports and takedowns. Anyone can report content with the ⚑ Report link or on our Report content page. Copyright owners can send a notice under our Copyright & DMCA Policy. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Connected apps

If you connect Google Drive, GitHub, GitLab, Canva or your own connectors, you authorise Genexts to use them on your behalf when you ask. Changes to those services only happen after you confirm them. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Genexts running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. AI models and features may change or be removed. We may update these terms; if a change is important we'll tell you in Genexts before it takes effect.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Genexts is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by AI answers you relied on without checking.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [City, State]. Please contact us first at [Support email]; most problems can be fixed quickly.
